Presenting a rare case of adult patient presenting with Diaphragm agenesis (half of diaphragm Missing since birth). All left sides organs where high up in patients chest (left kidney, pancreas, stomach, left colon, and Spleen). The patient had severe abdominal pain and shortness of breath for years, with lack of weight gain over the years, but not picked up till referred to our unit. Laparoscopic repair was done with excellent final results. Pre and Post procedure CT pictures attached.
