- Fully trained Senior Consultant in Hepato-Pancreato Biliary, Gastro Intestinal and abdominal multi organ {Liver- (Live Donor & Cadaver), Pancreas, Islets, Kidney} transplant Surgery at,Kochi, Kerala, India with more than 18 years of experience in the surgical field.
- Previously worked as Consultant in HPB & Multi-Organ Transplantation & GI Surgery in the Freeman Hospital, a quaternary referral center for advanced healthcare in the North of England, UK and subsequently relocated to India and worked as Consultant Multi-Organ transplant & GI Surgeon at Lakeshore Hospital and as Senior Consultant and Lead for Hepato-Biliary and Multi-Organ transplant at PVS hospitals, Kochi, Kerala, India.
- Specialist Gastro Intestinal (GI) Surgery practice with GI oncology work and Benign GI work most carried out laparoscopically and is an expert in highly advanced procedures including liver transplantation (live donor and cadaveric), pancreas (whole organ & islets) transplant, kidney transplant, complex HPB surgery and minimally invasive HPB surgery (laparoscopic & robotic).
- Experience in managing patients for Nano Knife treatment and special interest in Neuroendocrine Tumours ,Sarcomas & complex Shunt surgeries.
- Extensive training in HPB & transplant surgery from some of the finest institutes in the UK, Europe, Seoul (South Korea) in addition to a visiting consultant fellowship to Indra-Prastha Apollo Hospital for Liver Donor Liver Transplantation. Areas of special interest include management of Hepatocellular Carcinoma, Colon & Rectal Cancer Liver metastasis, Complex Gallbladder and Biliary cancers, pancreatic disease,minimally invasive HPB surgery, Sarcoma & Neuroendocrine Tumours.
